Two containerized automatic tank cleaning robot were delivered to Southeast Asia client .

After two months of busy production ,we have finally finished delivery of two sets of containerized tank cleaning robot to our valuable client in Southeast Asia .

The client is a tank cleaning service provider integrated tank cleaning and oily sludge treatment as a closed loop service .After visited us for twice and signed cooperation agreement with us ,as they already felt the potential business opportunity in utilizing robot to faciliate tank cleaning in future 


The two system are designed as fully integrated 20-foot containerized units, providing customers with a compact, mobile, and highly efficient solution for storage tank cleaning operations. Each container is equipped with a complete set of operational components, allowing rapid deployment and convenient transportation between project sites.

The systems include advanced tank cleaning robots, pipeline systems, hydraulic power stations, air compressors, air storage tanks, solid transfer pumps, remote control systems, and mechanical control systems. All equipment is carefully integrated inside the container to maximize operational efficiency while minimizing installation time on site.

Compared with traditional manual tank cleaning methods, the containerized robotic system offers significant advantages in safety, environmental protection, and operational performance. The robotic cleaning process greatly reduces the need for personnel to enter hazardous confined spaces, lowering exposure to toxic gases and flammable materials. At the same time, the automated system improves sludge removal efficiency and shortens tank shutdown periods, helping operators reduce maintenance costs and improve productivity.

One of the key highlights of this project is the mobility and flexibility of the containerized design. The complete system can be transported easily by truck, vessel, or crane, making it highly suitable for oil terminals, refineries, petrochemical plants, and offshore support bases across Malaysia and neighboring regions.
