Description
Oil sludge refers to a mixture of oil, water and solids from crude oil tank cleaning. In order to treat sludge and recover oil and water, it is necessary to separate oil, water and solids. How to dispose of solids at a lower cost and recover as much oil as possible is very important. The oily sludge treatment system is to separate oil, water and solids by adding sludge treatment chemicals to hot wash the sludge.Different treating capacity can be designed base on client requirement.
The Oily SludgeTreatment System will use a mechanical / electrical / chemical or combination type separation technology, that can handle a wide range of sludge compositions (oil/water/solid percentages).
Typical oily sludge treatment processor
1.The sludge will be add water for dillution
2.The dilluted sludge will be stored in a tank
3.Add chemicals to the sludge and mix
4.A heat exchanger will heated the sludge to a certain degree
5.A feed pump will feed the heated sludge to a two phase decanter centrifuge
6.Fluids collection tank to collet the liquid phase from centrifuge,solid phase will be discharged
7.Second feed pump to feed the disc stack centrifuge from fluids collection tank
8.Disck stack centrifuge for water /oil/solids separation .
9.Solids phase are discharged oil recovered ,water reused .
